- Being a resource of information on all things landscape related that may or may not end up in a sale. We want to give the customer reliable information that gets them the right product in the correct quantity earlier in the process.
- Giving the customer different ways to order and pay for the merchandise (i.e. in person, over the phone, through email and through e-commerce).
- Doing as much of the work for the customer as possible. We will make sure the materials get to the customer in the easiest and most convenient way possible. We will load your materials in your vehicle or deliver to you and in some cases even perform the installation.
