Eagleston Holly trees have a pyramidal growth habit, making them great trees for adding dense shape to a landscape!
Water Requirements: Moderate water needs. Keep soil moist, but Eagleston Holly trees are not tolerant of soggy soils. Generally, they do not need to be watered after they are established (after about a year).
Soil: Well draining soil is preferred, but they can tolerate a range of soils.
Growth Rate: Slow
Bloom Time: Springtime will yield small, white flowers. In the winter, Eagleston Holly trees will have bright red berries!
Temperature: Highly cold and heat hardy.
Pruning: Lightly prune in late winter to early spring if needed.
Toxicity: Holly berries can be toxic to pets if ingested.
