The large, star-shaped foliage of Fatsia will bring a tropical and lush vibe to a shady area of a landscape.
Light Requirements: Bright, filtered light. Partial shade in the Summer.
Water Requirements: Not drought tolerant. Should be watered regularly and kept moist.
Blooms: Small white flowers throughout Autumn.
Hardiness: Hardy to 15 F, enjoys humidity.
Height at Maturity: Moderate to fast during season.

Tips/Features: Prefers rich soil. The leaves can get up to a foot in width! Prune in late winter. The entire plant can be cut down, or about a third of the plant can be removed. Doing so will encourage lusher, bushier growth.
