Water Requirements: Moderate waterings. Cord Grass is drought tolerant once established, but can also handle some heavy moisture.

Soil: Sandy, well draining soils are preffered but Cord Grass is not picky.

Growth Rate: Fast

Bloom time: Insignificant blooms will appear in the Fall.

Pruning: Generally not necessary. Faded blades can be removed if desired.

Tips: Use Cord Grass as a transition point in between dry and wet areas!
