Educator Discount Form
Educators: Faculty & Staff Discount
We love our educators and those who spend their career building our world’s future generations. To celebrate our hard-working teachers, faculty and staff during National Teacher Appreciation Week, we are offering 20% off orders to all customers who present valid school employment verification. This applies to all educational institutions and their employed staff including but not limited to public schools, private schools, charter schools, university, college, and academies. This offer is valid beginning May 5, 2024 at 12:01AM through May 11, 2025 at 11:59PM.
This applies to orders created both in-store and online. To be eligible in-store, customers must voluntarily present their identification card or pay stub citing their employment with an educational institution at checkout. For online orders, customers must first complete the “Faculty & Staff Discount” form including uploading their documentation on our website, and receive a special discount code via email within 24-hours. If you do not receive your code, please check your spam filter. For support, email veda@libertylandscapesupply.com. Upon receiving your discount code, simply add it to your online order at checkout.
This promotion applies to products only, delivery and labor/services are excluded. Discounts may not be applied in retrospect and cannot be combined with any other offer, discounts, special pricing or promotions.
50% off Delivery - Online Only
50% off delivery is always available to all customers who purchase on our website. There are a few exceptions including orders that require special delivery, orders requiring additional equipment, those that require more than one employee to make the delivery, or a delivery that has atypical delivery instructions. The discount does not apply to orders containing sod, pavers, or “truckloads.”

Free Local Delivery - Select Zip Codes
Free local delivery is available to customers within the following zip codes: 32081, 32092, and 32095. To receive free local delivery, customers must reference the promotion code “BRINGIT” when placing an in-store or online order. The promotion code must be applied at the time of the order; it cannot be applied retroactively after the order has been placed. This offer is valid through December 31, 2025, and may be modified at any time at the sole discretion of Liberty Landscape Supply. This offer may be used multiple times; however, it cannot be combined with any other offer, discounts, special pricing or promotions.
Please note the following exclusions:
- Orders that require special delivery.
- Orders that require additional equipment or more than one employee for delivery.
- Deliveries with atypical instructions.
- Orders containing sod, pavers, or "truckloads" are not eligible for free local delivery.
Military Discount Request Form

Liberty Landscape Supply would like to show appreciation to active-duty military and veterans by providing a 5% military discount on almost all products.
Step 1: Create an account if you do not already have one. To confirm, click the login icon at the top of this page and login to our customer portal.
Step 2: Complete the Military Discount Request Form. Your name, email, phone, zip code and photo of your military identification are required to receive your discount. Upon submitting the form, please allow one to two business days for processing. You will receive an email from our team once your discount is active.
Step 3: Once you receive confirmation from Liberty, you may shop our products and your discount will be automatically applied upon checkout. You may return as often as you'd like to make additional purchases, your discount will remain applied to your account.
Please note that your military discount cannot be combined with any other offer. If there is an active promotion that offers a greater discount, the largest discount will be applied to your order. The same applies to any promotions with a code. Once you enter the promotion code at checkout, the largest discount will automatically be applied.

If you have established your business as a contractor with Liberty Landscape Supply, we also offer the ability to receive your discount for online purchases.
Step 1: Establish your business as a contractor at one of our four retail locations. Contact a member of our team for more information.
Step 2: Submit the Contractor Online Pricing Request form. Note that all fields with an asterisk are required. Upon submission, please allow one to two business days for processing. A member of our team will send an email confirmation once your discount pricing is applied to your account.
Once your contractor discount is applied, you will automatically receive your discount pricing for future online purchases. Please note that your contractor discount cannot be combined with any other offer. If there is an active promotion that offers a greater discount, the largest discount will be applied to your order. The same applies to any promotions with a code. Once you enter the promotion code at checkout, the largest discount will automatically be applied.
