Not a true palm, the Sago Palm (Cycas revoluta) is a slow-growing plant prized for its symmetrical shape and glossy, deep green fronds. Its compact size makes it ideal for foundation plantings, containers, or tropical-inspired landscapes.
Care Needs:
- Light: Full sun to partial shade
- Water: Drought tolerant once established
- Soil: Prefers sandy, slightly acidic, well-draining soil
- Temperature: Hardy to 20°F; protect from frost
- Pruning: Remove only fully dead fronds
