Variegated Ginger (Alpinia zerumbet ‘Variegata’), also commonly known as shell ginger, is a tropical plant valued for its upright growth and bold green leaves striped with creamy yellow. Commonly used as a screen, accent, or mass planting in North Florida landscapes, it adds texture and color in warm, protected areas.
