Fertilome Slug & Snail Bait - is a granular bait formulated with iron phosphate to control slugs and snails around gardens and landscape plants. It is suitable for use around flowers, vegetables, fruit trees, berries, ornamentals, and lawns when applied according to the label.

Use / Purpose

Controls slugs and snails that can damage foliage, flowers, fruits, and vegetables. The bait attracts these pests and helps protect plants from feeding damage.

How to Apply

Scatter the granules evenly on the soil around or near plants, using 0.5–1 lb. per 1,000 square feet or 1 level teaspoon per square yard for smaller areas. Apply in the evening when slugs and snails are most active, and reapply as the bait is consumed or at least every two weeks. Do not place bait in piles.

Warnings

• Read and follow all label directions before use.
• Avoid contact with eyes and wash hands thoroughly after handling.
• Do not allow product to enter storm drains, drainage ditches, or bodies of water.
• Store in the original container away from children and domestic animals.
