Fill Dirt
Fill Dirt is an economical material used for leveling, grading, and filling low areas on landscaping or construction sites. It is composed of native subsoil, typically a blend of sand, clay, and minimal organic matter, making it compactable and stable. Commonly used to build up elevation and create a solid base, fill dirt is ideal for foundations, driveways, patios, and other structural or site preparation projects.
One scoop is approximately one cubic yard, covering 100-125 sq. ft. with 2-3 inches of depth before compaction.
