Viburnum odoratissimum var. awabuki, commonly known as Chindo viburnum or mirror leaf viburnum, is an evergreen shrub valued for its dense growth and large, glossy leaves that create a bold, tropical appearance. It produces small clusters of fragrant white flowers followed by red berries that mature to black. Its upright growth habit and fast growth make it well suited for hedges, privacy screens, and foundation plantings.
