Water Requirements: Moderate water needs. Prefers to stay moist.

Temperature: 55 F to 75 F is preferred. They are frost-hardy through their roots, but they should be covered if you wish to prevent damage to the foliage.

Pruning: Prune unsightly portions if desired. Light pruning can be done anytime, but hard pruning should be done in early spring or fall.

Toxicity: Toxic to people and animals

Tips: Plant near a deciduous tree! It will bloom when the tree is starting to bud, and get protected from the hot sun in the summer!
