Carex
Carex (Carex spp.), also known as sedge, is a versatile grass-like perennial valued for its fine texture and tidy, arching foliage. It works well in borders, mass plantings, and containers, adding soft movement and year-round structure to Florida landscapes. Many varieties tolerate shade and moisture, making Carex a useful option for problem areas in the garden.
Care Needs:

• Water: Keep soil evenly moist when establishing; some varieties tolerate wetter conditions
